By registering for and participating in our free Merdeka AI Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the workshop.
2. Workshop Participation
- This workshop is offered free of charge.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Participation is subject to availability, and registration may close once capacity is reached.

4. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Behave in a respectful and professional manner towards facilitators and other participants
- Not engage in any disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior during the workshop
- Not record, stream, or reproduce any part of the workshop without explicit permission
- Use the workshop platform and tools responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your participation in this free workshop
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the workshop platform
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through the workshop platform
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The workshop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the workshop’s content, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
